The African Network of Scientific and Technological Institutions (ANSTI), a project of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is compiling a database of African experts in the field of Science and Technology both in Africa and in the Diaspora. |

The objective of the database is to promote interaction among scientists both on the continent and in the Diaspora. The database will provide a resource for organizations with brain gain projects. It will be accessed and updated online to facilitate direct communication among scientists in the region and outside Africa. |
